Hello and Welcome to  our Academy

The academy boasts a purpose built Dojo area where once you are inside we are sure you will be impressed to see that a whole range of martial arts skills are catered for. 

Choose your discipline;

• ABA BOXING Juniors Mondays/Wednesdays 5.00-6.00pm / Adults Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays/ 7.00-8.00pm.
• AIKI JUTSU Adults Mondays/Thursdays 8.00-9.30pm.
• KICKBOXING / CHILDRENS CLASSES, AGE 5 TO 11 years /Tuesdays/Thursdays
•           4.15-5.00PM / Adults Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursday  7.00-8.00pm.
• MIXED MARTIAL ARTS / VALE TUDO M.M.A.
• MUAY THAI / NEW BEGINNERS CLASSES Adults Tuesdays/Thursdays 8.00-9.30pm 
• Advance Classes Monday/Wednesday 8.00pm-9.30pm
• MUAY THAI    Juniors Tuesdays/Thursdays age 11-16 / 5.00-6.00pm.
• K1 TRAINING Monday/Tuesday/ Wednesday Thursday 8.00 - 9.30pm
•  LADIES KICKBOXING CLASSES / WEDNESDAYS 7.00pm - 8.00pm
• WRESTLING / SUNDAY MORNINGS 12.00AM - 4.00PM

Come and try a class what have you got to lose, we understand that people have to work the next day so

we do not make you do anything you cannot do we work you to your needs.

  REMEMBER; YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!            (except the wrestling) 

We have separate areas for each discipline and the area is matted for safety for everyone in mind.. 

PLEASE NOTE; If you are a one parent family we will help you pay towards registration and training costs.

The academy is fully equipped with bags and pads and we also house a full size boxing ring for the fighters to train and spar ready for competitions.

we also have a chill out area for you to relax in and enjoy a drink while you watch the classes.

Each student will train with safety in mind wearing the correct protective gear. 

There is also a Fitness gym inside which boasts running machines/cycles/Resistance machines and loads of other machines for your fitness needs, just click on the link on the left and let us take you there.

we also cater for the ladies with Fitness classes early mornings and also Lunch times.

We have changing facilities with showers and also parking at the academy. 

Although we are a fight club we also cater for all those people who do not want to do competition. We cater for the young and the old so why not give us a look or just click on one of the links and go through our site and have a look at us and see what you think, because we are sure there is something here for all you fight fans and fitness fanatics out there who want to get started. 

We are one of the biggest Martial Arts Academy's around east anglia come and give us a look.
